So my scout finally unlocked EDF Soldier. However, I'm currently having a raging internal debate over who should get an EDF pupil, or if I should simply transmigrate an existing unit.

In other news, I thought I'd try out Sims 2 for the PSP. The load times are excruciating. I thought the lag on my PC was bad.

.... so the only way to transmigrate a demon (humanoid) into a monster or vice versa is to transmigrate into a prinny first, correct? Because only prinnies have access to both types of units when transmigrating?

Also, Princess does NOT know the meaning of sharing. Or even not eating someone else's apple slice. She seriously does not believe that apple belongs anywhere except in her mouth.

I apparently have some serious leveling to do with the party as a whole. I cut through one story battle by tossing a Damage 20% Geo Symbol onto the color of panels that the enemy was standing on and waiting five turns, then went to see how bad the next battle was and promptly got chewed up. I won (two good spell casters who can use Mega Ice on a map of fire enemies? we totally won) but a bunch of units kicked the bucket. The next map is full of ice enemies, so we could actually repeat tactics (I have, in fact, four spell casters at my disposal in that case), but that wouldn't do much about the fact that we don't have the hit points to withstand a frontal assault.

I think we should blame zoifox for my new ninja. His name is Steve. Yes, Steve. It just seemed appropriate, somehow. I gave him fist weapons - highest affinity for ninjas. He typically doesn't inflict a one-hit kill, but if he's fighting something with enough counter-attacks, they'll have a little counter deathmatch, where his high evasion rate brings him out firmly on top.

Here's my Disgaea party breakdown so far (parentheses mark future units):
Laharl > Blue Skull > Green Skull > Red Skull > Male Cleric > Star Skull
Laharl > Ninja > (Samurai)
Etna > Female Cleric > Rogue > (Scout?)
Etna > (Female Warrior > Female Brawler)
Flonne > Archer > (chain just like Laharl's, only female)
Violette the Prinny > Male Warrior > Male Brawler

I'm planning on including a Rune Knight, but don't know where to fit her in.

Ninjas completely kick butt. I thought I was going to have an awful time leveling him up (it takes forever and a day to level the horde of mages) but he hardly ever gets hit, plus he counters up to three times (this helps make up for the fact that I haven't buffed him to the point where he inflicts one-hit kills). He may not have a ranged attack, but he has a good natural movement range, and the high evasion rate means it's safe to send him out there. I can even let him get surrounded as long as the enemies aren't too tough - he'll counterattack an escape route.

Now I'm working on getting a samurai, a female healer, a star mage, and then hopefully a rune knight. I don't really know what I'm doing with a party this large, but I want one of each class eventually.
